OAKVILLE FUTSAL CLUB’S OFFICIAL LEAGUE SITE

Welcome to the Winter 2026 Season at Oakville Futsal Club!

All programs will begin starting Saturday, January 3, 2026-Friday, January 9, 2026 and conclude during the week of Friday, May 8, 2026-Thursday, May 14, 2026.

We will be closed on March 14, 2026-March 20, 2026 (March Break) and April 5, 2026 (Easter Sunday.)

If you have an additional email you would like to add for correspondence, please log in to your Power Up account and add the details to the supplementary guardian area or send me an email with the name and email you would like to have added. Some families have multiple accounts, but please note that only the account used for this registration will be included unless you add a supplementary email.

ALLERGIES:

  • nuts of any kind (PEANUTS AND ALL TREE NUTS) are not allowed inside the facility
  • please limit perfumes/colognes, as this can trigger respiratory allergies

SHOES:

  • all players MUST wear futsal shoes. Turf shoes, regular running shoes and cleats are not permitted. We have quite the supply available for use should you wish to borrow a pair during each session/game
  • players MUST change into their futsal shoes inside the club
  • water, dirt and debris pose as hazards to players and staff on the court
  • BLUE FLOOR = FUTSAL SHOES ONLY (spectators and players)

UNIFORMS:

  • All new EBFS, Intro2Futsal and Development players will receive a uniform on the first day. For returning players, if your child has grown out of their kit, they may select a new one
  • All Super 7s and League players will receive their uniform once we have created the teams

CLINIC:

  • please do not walk through the clinic when sessions are in progress
  • if the clinic is not in use, the same rule applies for shoes. Please either borrow a pair or take your shoes off and leave them on one of the boot trays (not on the blue flooring.)
  • please do not turn on the tablets
  • Open Clinic runs on Fridays at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm and Sundays at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm
  • players must book online (www.oakvillefutsalclub.com). If we have drop ins, we will only be able to take players if the session is not full.

YOUNGER SIBLINGS:

  • while we LOVE having siblings enjoying the club, please note that anyone under the age of 5 MUST be with a parent at all times
  • older siblings may be in the arcade area/clinic clubhouse or main clubhouse coffee table area, so long as they respect the clubhouse rules
  • siblings are not to exit the building without an adult, even if they are heading over to the other clubhouse
  • please ensure that the games/colouring supplies are put away after use

SIDELINE COACHING:

  • during Eddy’s programs, sideline coaching is not permitted
  • during all other programs and league games, cheers of encouragement are phenomenal, let’s leave it at that, please

4V4.CA:

  • this is our program info site for all league schedules, stats and standings (Power Up is only for registration)
  • all TROPS sensor information is loaded here each week
  • if you do not know your child’s sensor number, please ask the front desk
  • please allow for up to 48 hours after your child’s program for the upload
  • league schedules will be uploaded once teams are created

LOST AND FOUND:

  • located in the first locker in the main clubhouse

PARKING LOT:

  • as it is getting darker earlier, please be extra vigilant with families traversing through the lot
  • while we do not have lines against the court wall, you are able to park there (hood or trunk towards the wall)
  • while people have been used to parking along the chain link fence, those are not technically parking spots. While I know it is convenient, please look for a spot within the main parking lot or at the rear of the building first.

We will be sending out a few other (shorter) emails to explain a bit more about TROPS and SHIELD.

If your child is registered for one of our league programs, you will also receive an email regarding the timings for the first game. The first day will be an exhibition game which will allow us to see all players, helping us to create balanced teams.

Please find refer to the Spectator Rules and Refund Policy, as per your registration in Power Up. We kindly ask that you review this (it was in your registration package, as well.)
